Lost money in the change machine, bathroom is filthy, dryers don't dry (just eat your money)
Lost money in the machine or coin changer on several occasions and never received a refund in spite of filling out numerous Out Of Service cards at the laundromat. If there was another laundromat close by I would choose to go elsewhere. The laundromat is clean etc just not happy about losing money there.
